Chicks With Sticks offers various clinics and instructional leagues throughout the year for women of all levels.
Adult Hockey Association (AHA) offers Summer & Winter leagues, a Winter Beginner School and clinics for all levels in the off-season.
Hockey Finder runs Spring and Summer Women’s Leagues that are always a good time and reasonable price.
Just My Spe ed (JMS) Just My Speed is a great way to play in the evening when and where it’s convenient. Sign up for your skill level (all levels welcome) and pay as you play. Don’t be intimidated that it’s co-ed, the guys are learning just like you.
Rob Little JMS Clinics. A little hidden fact is Rob Little runs skating clinics on Thursday nights from 8:15-9:15 at Parade Ice Garden. Registration for these can be found through the JMS website, and the cost is $25/session.
Spice on Ice runs evening clinics for women in Prior Lake at the Dakotah Arena. If you go to the Spice website, you may also want to check out Spice Sportswear. They sell hockey jocks, compression shirts, and skull caps that are way more fun than the men’s stuff.
Women’s Hockey Association of Minnesota (WHAM) is a non-profit organization providing structure to balanced leagues for over 80 women’s teams ranging from beginner to collegiate levels. WHAM games run October through March.
